Vending At Central Oregon Cosplay Convention
Central Oregon Cosplay Convention, or Central Oregon CosCon for short, is a one day event located at Deschutes County Fair & Expo Center.
Since we are a community event we encourage local PNW artists and craftsman to consider vending at our one-day only event. After all, local vendors and artist are the backbone of a convention!
Booth Space & Booth Numbers
Upon application approval and payment, all vendors receive a table no bigger then 8' x 30" wood folding table. All items brought to the convention must fit in our booth space and may not block the walkway or hangover into another vendor's space. Cloths for tables are not provided.
Vendors are split up into two areas: Artist Alley and Exhibitor Hall. Artist Alley is an area of the con where artists, crafters, and creators may set up their space and display/sell their artwork, prints, or crafts that are made exclusively by them. Manufactured goods such as pins, badges, lanyards, pillow cases, ect., are also permitted items in Artist Alley as long as the artwork is done by the vendor.
Exhibitor Hall is an area of the con that's setup for small shop owners, businesses, and the re-sale of manufactured goods. Items such as comics, books, board games, ect., that are not made by the vendor is permitted to be sold here. Please read and review our Product Policy before bringing your merchandise to the convention.
Outside food within the convention hall is prohibited by the venue. Snacks such as dry granola bars, nuts, dried fruits, and water bottles are permitted within the convention hall as long as you keep them at your booths.
