About Central Oregon Cosplay Convention

Central Oregon Cosplay Convention, or Central Oregon CosCon for short, is a one day event located at Deschutes County Fair & Expo Center. We are an all inclusive, family friendly fan-based cosplay convention that welcomes all sorts of genres from anime and comic books to podcasts and TV shows.

Cosplay isn't our only focus as we host a variety of vendors, artists, and fun events like our cosplay contest or fan-panels.

Meet Our Mascot: Chako!

Chako is Central Oregon CosCon's mascot. Chako (茶子) translates to "tea child" in Japanese. They represent the fun-loving spirit of the convention as well as the spirit of Central Oregon.

Chako not only loves the great outdoors but also to sit down with a hot cup of earl gray and a good book to read. You can also find them nerding out over superhero movies and figurines of his favorite characters.

They're also very friendly and will help a friend or complete stranger find their way to Central Oregon CosCon. If you need a helping hand you can always rely on Chako!
